Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone is an American actor, writer, and producer that is on top of his game. Even though he was born in 1946, he’s still healthy and looks his best. When it comes to movies and series, he’s actively filming, and there are quite a lot of them coming out in 2018. Sylvester Stallone was nominated for an Oscar three times, but he never managed to win it, unfortunately. He was nominated for many others and won a lot of them, so here’s hoping Academy Awards will someday recognize his greatness.

Sylvester Stallone has been in the movie and series business for over 30 years and has never been more successful. We all remember him from the role of Rocky in his first movie with the same name in 1976. He wanted to be known as both a great actor, but also a screenwriter. He came up with the scenario for Rocky in three days, while watching one of Muhammad Ali’s fights. The rest is history, as they say, as we all remember the story of him selling a dog to get some money for the movie.

Then, after Rocky hit the jackpot, and was very successful, he got his dog back. Even without a touching story, the movie was quality-made and spawned sequels Rocky II (1979), Rocky III (1982), Rocky IV (1985), and Rocky V in 1990. That, of course, was not the end of him, and a few years back, we had the honor of seeing him relive his famous role in Creed (2015). Sylvester Stallone is also known as John Rambo from the Rambo series of movies. Whatever your favorite role is, it’s undeniable that he’s a badass.
