His first roles weren’t in movies, but in TV shows like Another World (1964-1999) and Dallas (1978). He kept guest-starring in different TV shows and had a small part in Thelma & Louise (1991). However, that was enough for Brad Pitt to be noticed, and receive roles in movies that came out that year and the next – Johnny Suede (1991) and Cool World (1992). The audience started to take notice of his skills, and not just his pretty face, and he started receiving more and more roles.
The most significant one was in Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1994), where he played next to another multi-talented actor, Tom Cruise. Legends of the Fall (1994) came after that, as well as Twelve Monkeys in 1995, and he received a Golden Globe for his role as a supporting actor. But the most significant role after Troy (2004), was Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005). Not only did it change his professional life, but his personal love life as well. That was when he left Jennifer Aniston for Angelina Jolie, and even though they filed for divorce in 2016, they still have six beautiful children together. You can see the sparks flying for yourself in this video:

Brad Pitt Facts
- Made a cameo appearance with Matt Damon for free in Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002) as a favor to Ocean’s Eleven (2001) co-star and close friend George Clooney – the film was Clooney’s directorial debut.
- He was considered for the main role in The Matrix (1999), but Keanu Reeves took it later.
- Actually tore his Achilles tendon during the filming of Troy (2004). He’s playing a character called Achilles, funnily enough.
